Berkshire Hathaway Raises Cash to $400B, Cuts Apple Stake to $60B
Berkshire Hathaway has increased its cash reserves from $100 billion to nearly $400 billion since early 2023, holding U.S. Treasuries yielding 3.6%. Buffett cut its Apple stake from about $200 billion to $60 billion and largely exited other equities, signaling limited attractive buying opportunities in the current high P/E environment.
