The combination showed tumor responses across cancer subtypes and PD-L1 expression levels in patients whose disease progressed following immunotherapy with chemotherapy. The companies said safety was manageable, with no new safety signals or pumitamig-related deaths. Results were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid on October 25, 2026, and will inform further development in second-line lung cancer; the program has four ongoing global Phase 3 trials.
