This purchase lifted the company's combined crypto and cash assets to $9.9 billion, including an $868 million cash position, 195 Bitcoin, a $200 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $14 million investment in Eightco Holdings.

2. Staking Strategy and MAVAN Launch

The company has staked 3.04 million ETH valued at $6.0 billion, earning a seven-day yield of 2.86%, ahead of the 2.83% composite rate. Full staking through the MAVAN platform, slated for Q1 launch, could generate $253 million in annualized rewards versus the current $172 million rate, while maintaining partnerships with three staking providers.

Shares surged 9% following the ETH acquisition, breaking above the Supertrend pivot at $18.84 and reclaiming the 20-day EMA at $20.20.
