Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT integrates with Microsoft 365 Copilot

Blackbaud entered a collaboration with Microsoft to integrate Raiser's Edge NXT with Microsoft 365 Copilot via a new Copilot-enabled agent.

The integration lets fundraising teams query Raiser's Edge NXT data in Copilot Chat, Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel to speed decisions.

The product positions Raiser's Edge NXT data for workflow-native use in Microsoft 365, with security, governance and integrity controls maintained.
