Blaize tied its updated outlook to binding, non-cancellable NeoTensr purchase orders and a new order from an existing customer that is pending signature. Fourth-quarter shipments are linked to an April 2026 contract for up to $50 million. The guidance reflects revised shipment timing, working-capital constraints, inventory availability, supplier lead times and customer payment timing risk.
