Boston Scientific FY26 Q2 net income rises 13.8% to 907 million; net sales climb 7.5% to 5.44 billion

Boston Scientific posted Q2 net sales of $5.44 billion, up 7.5% year over year.
Net income attributable to common shareholders rose 13.8% to $907 million; diluted EPS increased 15.2% to $0.61.
Gross profit margin widened 3 percentage points to 70.7%, helped by higher-margin product mix, tariff recovery benefits, lower inventory charges, and offset by FX.
Segment performance and acquisition update
MedSurg net sales climbed 5.9% to $1.82 billion, led by Endoscopy; Cardiovascular rose 8.3% to $3.62 billion, driven by coronary therapies and Electrophysiology.
Boston Scientific outlined a pending acquisition of Penumbra valued at about $14.5 billion, expected to close in the second half of 2026.
