BriaCell Phase 3 metastatic breast cancer trial adds Memorial Sloan Kettering site

BriaCell added Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as an enrolling site for its pivotal Phase 3 metastatic breast cancer trial.

• The trial evaluates Bria-IMT with an immune checkpoint inhibitor versus physician’s choice, targeting heavily pretreated patients with limited options.
• Overall survival is the primary endpoint, with an interim look planned once enough deaths occur to support a comparison.
• No new efficacy results were presented; prior Phase 2 survival findings were previously disclosed, including at ASCO 2026.
• The expansion lifts the study to more than 80 active sites across 15 states, broadening recruitment for a program with FDA Fast Track status.
