Brookfield Residential delivers six rebuilt Altadena homes six months after Eaton Fire groundbreaking

Brookfield Residential, a unit of Brookfield Corporation, completed six wildfire-rebuild homes in Altadena’s La Viña neighborhood, with move-ins delivered in September 2026.

The build cycle took about six months from groundbreaking, using pre-approved, turnkey designs to reduce permitting time to 45-60 days.

Brookfield Residential said it has also contracted to rebuild six homes in Pacific Palisades, with completion targeted for June or July 2027.

Altadena rebuild pricing outside La Viña ranges from $610,800 to $706,300 for homes sized 1,563 to 2,136 square feet.

Pacific Palisades turnkey rebuild pricing ranges from $847,700 to $1,271,081 for homes sized 1,795 to 3,574 square feet.
