Capital One will redeem all outstanding Fixed Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series M on Sept. 1, 2026.
- Redemption is set at USD 1,000 per share for 1,000,000 shares outstanding.
- The regular dividend of USD 9.875 per share will be paid on Sept. 1, 2026 to holders of record on Aug. 17, 2026.
- The redemption price excludes accrued and unpaid dividends; dividends will stop accruing from the redemption date.
