Carrier Global agrees to buy Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning
CARR•Carrier signed a definitive agreement to acquire Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning, expanding its HVAC service and controls footprint in Upstate New York. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months.

The acquisition adds commercial HVAC and building automation expertise and supports Carrier’s medium-term double-digit growth targets. Binghamton-based Air Temp serves commercial and industrial customers, with additional offices in Syracuse and Utica.
