CCH Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary has entered a definitive three-year sales and service agreement worth US$50 million to support data center infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The contract covers comprehensive maintenance services, including computing capacity allocation, deployment coordination, technical consultation and operational advisory for undisclosed strategic clients.
2. Strategic Diversification into Technology Infrastructure
This agreement represents a major milestone in the company’s diversification strategy, enabling it to leverage its operational expertise beyond restaurant franchises. CCH Holdings will maintain its Chicken Claypot and restaurant business as a stable cash flow base while building a high-growth technology infrastructure segment focused on AI computing and cloud services.
