Charles Schwab posted 2Q26 GAAP EPS of $1.54, up 43% year-over-year, as revenue rose 21% to $7.1 billion.
Adjusted EPS climbed 42% to $1.62, with adjusted pre-tax margin widening 4.2 percentage points to 54.3%.
Client growth and outlook
Core net new assets rose 49% to $120 billion, while new brokerage accounts increased 26% to 1.4 million.
Managed investing net flows increased 53% to $67 billion; bank lending grew 33% to $67 billion at quarter-end.
Schwab forecast 2026 revenue growth of 17.5%-18.5% and adjusted expense growth of 9.5%-10.5%, implying adjusted pre-tax margin in the low 50% range.
