Cincinnati Financial CIO John Kellington to Retire, VP Ryan Osborn Named Successor
CINF•Cincinnati Financial’s CIO and EVP John S. Kellington will retire on August 7 after 16 years with the company, including leading its architecture-led IT model powering real-time agency interfaces and the CinergySM small business system. Vice President Ryan M. Osborn, with 26 years at the firm and expertise in Agile and DevOps, will succeed him.

John S. Kellington, chief information officer and executive vice president of The Cincinnati Insurance Company, will retire on August 7 after joining the firm in 2010. He championed an architecture-led IT model that enabled real-time agency interface services and powered the patented CinergySM small business system.
2. Vice President Ryan Osborn Named Successor
Ryan M. Osborn, vice president of Information Technology with 26 years at Cincinnati Insurance, will assume executive responsibility for IT teams. He led the company’s architecture standards, reduced technical debt and accelerated modernization through Agile and DevOps, preparing him to drive the next phase of technology initiatives.
