Citizens Inc signs SaaS deal with Bestow for final expense insurance platform
CIA•Citizens Inc entered a master SaaS agreement with Bestow for a white-labeled platform to sell and administer final expense life insurance. The initial term runs through Dec. 31, 2030, with up to two one-year renewals.
1. Platform agreement
The agreements were executed Oct. 5, 2026, and took effect Oct. 1. The platform will cover quoting, electronic applications, underwriting, e-signature, policy issuance and a consumer portal. Configuration and implementation are targeted for completion by Dec. 15, 2026; the development fee is payable in 36 monthly installments. Fees also include an annual subscription, minimum-volume and overage application fees, and third-party costs passed through at cost. Fees rise if additional products are not added by March 31, 2027.
