CLEAR is launching a redesigned app that delivers end-to-end travel planning from home to gate, featuring an upgraded “Know When to Leave” function based on personal travel preferences, airport patterns and traffic conditions. The new interface also integrates Uber ride reservations, CLEAR Concierge VIP service and secure document storage via CLEAR Vault for over 36 million members.
1. App Redesign and Core Feature
The reimagined CLEAR App introduces a streamlined interface and a flagship “Know When to Leave” feature that leverages individual travel preferences, historical airport flow and real-time traffic data to notify members of the optimal departure time for their flights.
2. Integrated Travel Services
With a single tap, members can now reserve Uber rides directly within the app, book a dedicated CLEAR Concierge ambassador to guide them curb-to-gate, and securely store passports, boarding passes and other documents in the encrypted CLEAR Vault.
3. Member Base and Future Enhancements
CLEAR’s platform serves over 36 million members across airports and partner venues; upcoming updates will include live airport wayfinding and real-time activity feeds to further streamline the travel experience.
