On January 2, 2026, CNH Industrial confirmed the appointment of Carlo Materazzo as Chief Manufacturing Officer and Britton Worthen as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, both effective January 1. These moves reinforce CNH’s focus on operational excellence, innovation and governance as the company accelerates growth across agriculture and construction equipment markets.

2. Carlo Materazzo to Oversee Manufacturing Across Five Regions

Carlo Materazzo will lead CNH’s agriculture industrial operations spanning five regions and 15 countries, drawing on more than 20 years of international manufacturing, operations and logistics experience. He is tasked with optimizing supply-chain performance, driving new product introduction efficiency and implementing advanced automation initiatives to support CNH’s 360° digital agriculture strategy.

3. Britton Worthen Strengthens Legal, Compliance and Board Governance

Britton Worthen joins as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and will serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors. With extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory strategy and risk management, he will advise CNH’s executive team and board on key legal matters, ensure adherence to evolving global compliance standards and support the company’s sustainability and ethical-conduct programs.
