CNDT•Conduent launched its ASCEND 2026-28 plan, targeting consistent growth through operational standardization, a focus on core solutions and scaled go-to-market execution.
1. Plan priorities
Conduent said it will streamline its portfolio and focus investment on markets where it expects to compete at scale, centered on Government and Commercial operations. The plan calls for deeper use of AI, automation and analytics across offerings, alongside shared services, standardized technology infrastructure and tighter performance management.
2. Sales strategy
Conduent plans to align sales resources with priority industries, expand within existing clients and pursue targeted new-logo wins in healthcare and financial operations.
