Constellation Software’s Volaris offers SEK 45.5 a share for Triona
Volaris Group launched a recommended cash offer of SEK 45.5 per Triona share, valuing the company at about SEK 259.4 million. Triona’s board unanimously backed the offer, which runs from Oct. 2 to Nov. 12.

Volaris Group’s VLRS GRP BidCo launched a recommended cash offer for Triona at SEK 45.5 per share, valuing the company at about SEK 259.4 million based on 5,700,596 shares. The offer represents a 30.7% premium to Triona’s Sept. 30 closing price and a 41.1% premium to its 30-day volume-weighted average price.
2. Board recommendation
Triona’s board unanimously recommended the offer, supported by a fairness opinion from Honeybadger. The acceptance period runs from Oct. 2 to Nov. 12, with settlement expected around Nov. 23.
