Conyers Investments reports $29,034 disposal of Newsmax common shares

Conyers Investments, a 10% owner of Newsmax, sold 2,632 Class B shares for $11.02 to $11.05 each on Sept. 24-25, for a total disposal of $29,034. It held 21,962,657 Class B shares after the transactions.
