Phase 1b CANYON-1 trial results
Corbus reported positive topline results from its CANYON-1 Phase 1b trial of oral obesity drug CRB-913.
The trial showed clinically meaningful weight loss across doses with continued improvement through the treatment period.
Safety looked broadly comparable to marketed GLP-1 obesity drugs on psychiatric events, with an emerging gastrointestinal profile that appeared more tolerable.
