1. Sales since IPO
Michael Intrator and entities linked to him sold more than 10 million shares of CoreWeave since its IPO in March last year, regulatory filings show. The sales began about two months after the stock hit a record high in June 2025. As of Thursday’s close, CoreWeave had a valuation of $38.44 billion.
2. Trading plans and spending
Most sales, excluding roughly $40 million, were made under prearranged trading plans; the remaining sales were sell-to-cover transactions to pay taxes on vested stock. CoreWeave’s shares were on track to lose about 24% this week as investors worried about its capital spending and debt. The company raised its annual capital expenditure forecast in August to between $35 billion and $39 billion, while building a revenue backlog of more than $129 billion.
