Crescent Biopharma gets FDA clearance to begin CR-002 trial
CBIO•Crescent Biopharma received FDA clearance in October 2026 to begin clinical testing of CR-002, a PD-L1-targeting antibody-drug conjugate. Its global Phase 1/2 APOLLO trial is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with initial data expected in the second half of 2027.
