2. Full-Year Financial Performance

For fiscal 2025, revenue increased 1% to $1.945 billion with gross profit up 7% to $1.049 billion and Contribution ex-TAC rising 5% to $1.175 billion. Net income climbed 30% to $149 million for diluted EPS of $2.64; cash from operations grew 21% to $311 million and free cash flow rose 16% to $211 million.

3. Share Repurchase and Strategic Initiatives

The company deployed $152 million in share repurchases during 2025 and boosted its remaining buyback authorization to $200 million. It also launched AI-driven offerings including the Agentic Commerce Recommendation Service, Audience Agent and Insights Agent to enhance commerce decisioning.
