At the Morgan Stanley industry conference, Criteo’s CEO outlined the company’s transition to an AI-driven commerce intelligence platform, citing visibility into over $1 trillion in annual transactions and a global client base of 17,000.

2. ChatGPT Pilot Integration

Criteo has been invited to join a ChatGPT pilot as an API partner, enabling advertisers to pass campaign data to ChatGPT for contextually relevant ad discovery and downstream cross-channel conversion optimization.

3. Commerce Go Self-Service Launch

Commerce Go, a self-service tool designed for small- and mid-sized businesses, will offer full registration and five-click campaign setup, with initial transitions showing reduced churn, higher media spending and 20% better performance for migrated clients.

4. Re-domicile and Capital Allocation Plans

Shareholders approved plans to re-domicile first to Luxembourg in early Q3 2026 and potentially to the U.S. in Q1 2027 to improve index inclusion and buyback flexibility, while prioritizing organic growth and selective acquisitions before share repurchases.
