The company supported nearly 100,000 youth and reached over 2 million through its community platform, launched a $15,000 HEYDUDE partnership, and set near-term science-based climate targets.
1. 2025 Comfort Report Overview
Crocs published its fifth annual Comfort Report detailing progress across Purpose, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability for 2025. The report highlights actions under the pillars of Inclusivity, Circularity, Climate and Community for both the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands.
2. Circularity Program Expansion
The Old Crocs. New Life. takeback program launched in the U.S. and Canada was extended to Europe in 2025 and Asia in 2026. There are now 345 participating stores globally, and polybags collected at U.S. locations are recycled into mailer kits for customer returns.
3. Community Impact Initiatives
Through its STEP UP TO GREATNESS platform, Crocs supported nearly 100,000 young people directly and enabled nonprofit partners to reach just over 2 million youth. Key activations included point-of-sale giving in U.K. stores with The King’s Trust and in-store events with Big Brothers Big Sisters across North America.
4. HEYDUDE Inclusivity and Climate Actions
HEYDUDE partnered with Teton Trade Cloth by Lenape to launch culturally authentic styles, paying royalties and contributing $15,000 at New York Fashion Week. The enterprise also formalized near-term science-based targets, updated materials, and advanced factory compliance and supplier engagement under its Climate strategy.
