Culp Inc. announces annual shareholder meeting
CULP•Items up for vote
Shareholders will vote to elect seven directors for one-year terms expiring at the 2027 annual meeting.
Ballots also cover ratification of Grant Thornton as independent auditor for fiscal 2027.
An advisory vote on executive compensation is also scheduled.
