Net income swung to USD 10.4 million, compared with a loss a year earlier; diluted EPS was USD 0.05.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 25% to USD 116.8 million; net leverage ratio fell to 3.85x at quarter-end.
Rental fleet utilization rose 4 percentage points to 81.6%, while average OEC on rent increased 13.1% to USD 1.37 billion.
Full-year outlook raised
The company raised its full-year revenue outlook to USD 2.1 billion-USD 2.2 billion, lifting adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) guidance to USD 437.5 million-USD 455 million.
