DarioHealth priced a registered direct offering of 3,454,559 common shares or equivalents at USD 6.8 per share.
Gross proceeds are expected to be about USD 23.5 million, with closing expected around July 23, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Use of proceeds and related purchase
The company said net proceeds are earmarked for working capital, investments, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
A board member bought 14,430 shares at USD 6.93 per share.
