Dauch reported adjusted earnings of $0.07 per share for Q4 2025, reversing a $0.06 per share loss from the year-ago quarter and surpassing analyst projections. Quarterly revenue of $1.38 billion was unchanged year-over-year and fell short of $1.41 billion forecasts.

The Driveline segment generated $971 million in sales, a 0.9% decline year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA edging down 0.8% to $132.2 million. Metal Forming delivered sales of $551 million, up 5.8%, and EBITDA jumped 33.8% to $36.8 million.
3. Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
SG&A expenses rose to $98.5 million from $89 million a year earlier. Operating cash flow totaled $120.5 million, capital spending was $65.5 million, and free cash flow came in at $55 million. Cash on hand increased to $708.9 million, while net long-term debt climbed to $4.04 billion.
