Dauch names Nathan Iles CFO effective Dec. 1, 2026
DCH•Nathan Iles will join Dauch as senior vice president of finance on Nov. 2, 2026, and become CFO on Dec. 1.
1. Finance leadership changes
Iles was CFO at Standard Motor Products and previously served as vice president and CFO at UCI International Holdings. He began his career at Ernst & Young. Current CFO Christopher May will become executive vice president and chief administrative officer on Dec. 1, retaining IT oversight and adding responsibility for HR.
2. Kemp to remain in role
Terri Kemp will remain senior vice president and chief of staff, focusing on corporate initiatives and organizational alignment until her retirement at year-end.
