1. Deals reported
A consortium backed by BlackRock and IFM Investors is reportedly in exclusive talks to buy Stack Infrastructure’s Asia Pacific data center portfolio for up to $25 billion. Capricorn Energy agreed to revised terms of a $396 million takeover offer from DNO, while Tessenderlo completed a $403 million investment for a 20% stake in FMC.
2. Other transactions
Schneider Electric intends to launch a voluntary offer for Shelly Group at €70 per share. CDP is in talks with Gulf investors, including Mubadala, to sell 15% to 35% of Ansaldo Energia. Other reported deals include acquisitions, proposed sales, investments and mergers involving Specialty Program Group, Masan High-Tech Materials, Applied Systems, Ashtead Technology, CDN77, Quadient and Waaree Energies.
