Digi Power X Boosts Liquidity 1,150% to $100M, Deploys First NVIDIA GPU Cluster and Plans Q1 2026 NeoCloudz Launch
Digi Power X held $100M in cash, digital assets and deposits as of January 2026, up from $8M a year earlier, marking a 1,150% liquidity increase. The company completed deployment of its first NVIDIA B200 GPU cluster in Alabama and plans to launch its NeoCloudz GPU-as-a-Service platform in Q1 2026.
1. Record Liquidity Growth Strengthens Balance Sheet
Digi Power X reported holding approximately US$100 million in cash, digital assets and deposits as of January 2026, up from roughly US$8 million in the same period a year earlier. This 1,150% increase in liquidity underpins the company’s transition from traditional energy infrastructure into AI-focused data center development, providing a robust financial runway for its modular Tier III platform rollout and related capital expenditures.
2. Deployment of First ARMS 200 Tier III Data Center
The company has commenced implementation of its first ARMS 200 Tier III modular data center in Alabama, completing foundational construction and initiating installation of power distribution units and cooling systems. Digi Power X expects the facility to achieve operational readiness by late Q1 2026, enabling immediate deployment of compute workloads and laying the groundwork for scalable expansion across its targeted North American footprint.
3. NVIDIA B200 GPU Cluster Implementation
Digi Power X has finalized the integration of its inaugural NVIDIA B200 GPU cluster within the Alabama facility, marking a critical milestone in its AI infrastructure strategy. The cluster comprises 64 B200 nodes interconnected via InfiniBand, delivering over 1.6 exaFLOPS of combined performance. Initial testing has demonstrated sub-2 millisecond latency for common AI inference tasks, positioning the company to attract high-performance computing clients for training and inference workloads.
4. NeoCloudz Launch and Partnership Expansion
The company plans to launch NeoCloudz, its GPU-as-a-Service platform, in Q1 2026, offering on-demand access to its GPU clusters via a web portal and API. Concurrently, Digi Power X has expanded its intellectual property portfolio with two new patents covering liquid cooling innovations and advanced rack management. Global distribution agreements have been secured with three systems integrators in Europe and Asia, ensuring channel access to over 200 enterprise customers by mid-2026.
