DXC is adopting ServiceNow’s Core Business Suite as Customer Zero under a multi-year agreement to deploy agentic AI across its Global Business Services, automating high-volume processes and reducing manual effort. This internal rollout will generate a library of validated AI use cases that DXC will package for global client deployments.

1. Multi-Year AI Transformation Agreement

DXC signed a multi-year deal with ServiceNow to modernize its core operations by becoming Customer Zero for the new Core Business Suite, positioning it as the first global enterprise to deploy agentic AI across its Global Business Services model.

2. Operational Efficiency Through Agentic AI

The company will embed AI-driven automation and agentic workflows across key functions to automate high-volume processes, reduce manual work, improve cross-functional visibility and accelerate decision-making, aiming to boost service quality and operational resilience.

3. Scalable Solution Development

By acting as a live testbed, DXC will construct a library of repeatable, validated AI use cases and automation patterns, enabling rapid replication of transformation outcomes for clients worldwide and shortening time-to-value.

4. Deepened Collaboration and Expertise

Building on a 17-year partnership and a CoE launched in 2024, DXC’s 1,800 ServiceNow consultants will leverage proven industrialized AI assets, accelerators and frameworks to drive responsible, scalable AI adoption for global customers.
