Etsy will sell its fashion resale marketplace Depop to eBay for $1.2 billion in cash, giving eBay control of the fast-growing secondhand fashion platform. The divestiture follows Etsy’s mixed fourth-quarter results, which included $0.92 EPS above estimates and $881.6 million in revenue, just below consensus.
