On January 5, 2026, El Pollo Loco introduced three Double Pollo Salads—Mexican Caesar, Street Corn and limited-time Bacon Ranch—each featuring two scoops of fire-grilled chicken breast. The Mexican Caesar and Street Corn salads deliver 52 grams of protein apiece, while the Bacon Ranch salad offers 61 grams. All salads include hand-sliced avocado, cotija cheese and signature seasonings on a bed of super greens and are paired with newly developed dressings: Mexican Caesar, creamy cilantro and House Ranch respectively.
