Embraer posted 4Q25 revenues of US$2,652 million and full-year 2025 revenues of US$7,578 million, marking an 18% increase year-over-year and exceeding guidance. Adjusted EBIT reached US$230.9 million in the quarter and US$656.8 million for the full year, both at an 8.7% margin despite US import tariffs of US$54 million for the year.
2. 2026 Operational and Financial Guidance
For 2026, Embraer forecasts commercial aviation deliveries of 80–85 aircraft and executive aviation deliveries of 160–170 aircraft. Financial targets include revenues of US$8.2–8.5 billion, an adjusted EBIT margin of 8.7%–9.3% (assuming 10% U.S. import tariffs), and adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve of at least US$200 million.
3. Deliveries and Backlog
During 2025 Embraer delivered 244 aircraft—78 commercial jets (44 E2s, 34 E1s), 155 executive jets (86 light, 69 medium), and 11 defense platforms—an 18% rise over 206 deliveries in 2024. Firm order backlog climbed to a record US$31.6 billion, up more than 20% year-over-year, driven by a 2.8x book-to-bill ratio on the E175 and E2 families.

Adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve was US$738.3 million in 4Q25 and US$491.2 million for 2025, helping Embraer end the year with a net cash position of US$109.3 million. A liability management plan extended the company’s average loan maturity from 3.7 years in 4Q24 to 9.1 years in 4Q25.
