Enovix named Dr. Michael Vyvoda as Chief Operating Officer effective July 29, 2026. Vyvoda, who served as Director of Product Operations at Apple and led the high-volume scaling of AirPods manufacturing, will report to CEO Dr. Raj Talluri.
Vyvoda will assume responsibility for global manufacturing, supply chain and operations engineering across Enovix’s Malaysia and Korea factories with R&D support from India. Senior leadership—Kihong Park (Global Manufacturing Operations), Ed Casey (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and James Wilcox (Strategic Sourcing)—will report directly to him, creating a unified end-to-end operations organization.
In the first quarter of 2026, Enovix delivered 49% year-over-year revenue growth to $7.6 million and achieved its sixth consecutive quarter of positive gross profit. The company’s pipeline for Korea-manufactured products surpassed $130 million, driven by a 50,000-unit smart eyewear order, ongoing smartphone qualification and the launch of the MX-1™ drone and defense battery platform.
