The board of the general partner approved a Q2 2026 cash distribution of $0.56 per common unit, representing an annualized rate of $2.24 per unit and a 2.8% increase over the same quarter last year. The payout is scheduled for August 14 to unitholders of record as of July 31.

Enterprise repurchased approximately $159 million of its common units during the second quarter, bringing total 2026 repurchases to $275 million compared with $170 million in the first six months of 2025. The buybacks are part of the partnership’s strategy to enhance unitholder value.
