Eos Energy received a USD 87 million first advance under the second tranche of its U.S. Department of Energy loan facility.
The proceeds reimburse 80% of eligible costs tied to the Thorn Hill manufacturing site in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
Total DOE draws since 2024 reached about USD 178 million, supporting ramp-up of a second production line with about 2 GWh annual capacity.
