Revenue from Ergon orders and commercialization agreement
Revenue primarily came from Ergon purchase orders for Verde V24; management said its strategy shifted to supplying engineered biochar for Ergon asphalt liquids.
Cash and cash equivalents rose 75% to USD 1.79 million, and Verde signed a July 1, 2026 commercialization and collaboration agreement with Ergon.
