Evogene announces annual shareholder meeting
EVGN•Annual meeting set for Sept. 4, 2026
Evogene will hold its annual general meeting on Sept. 4, 2026 in Rehovot, Israel.
Shareholders will vote on competing board slates: a seven-member slate backed by the board or a four-member slate nominated by Pure Capital shareholders.
An amendment is proposed to lift authorized share capital by NIS 24 million to NIS 30 million, representing 150,000,000 ordinary shares.
A reverse share split framework is up for approval, allowing a ratio between 1-for-2 and 1-for-15 at the board’s discretion within 18 months.
Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, an Ernst & Young member firm, is proposed for reappointment as independent auditor for 2026.
