Expand Energy will relocate its corporate headquarters from Oklahoma City to Houston in mid-2026 to boost industry partnerships, and has appointed Michael Wichterich as interim CEO while searching for a permanent successor. 1. Headquarters Relocation to Houston
Expand Energy will move its corporate headquarters from Oklahoma City to Houston in mid-2026 to strengthen relationships with key industry and commercial partners and leverage Houston’s role as a gateway to global natural gas markets. Oklahoma City will remain an important center of excellence, with continued operational support and community commitment.
2. Interim CEO Appointment and Transition
The board appointed Michael Wichterich, Chairman since 2021 and founder of Three Rivers Operating, as Interim President and CEO, succeeding Domenic Dell’Osso Jr., who has stepped down as a director and will serve as an external advisor. An independent recruitment firm has been engaged to conduct a search for a permanent CEO.
3. Reaffirmed 2025 Outlook and Reporting Schedule
Expand Energy reaffirmed its synergy, capital and operating outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. The company will report its Q4 and full-year 2025 operational and financial results on February 17, 2026, followed by a conference call on February 18, 2026.
