Eye-Net’s V2X System Demonstrates Sub-Meter Accuracy in Bordeaux Transit Trial
Foresight’s subsidiary Eye-Net completed a large-scale live trial of its SafeCycloMove V2X collision-prevention system in Bordeaux alongside Renault, Orange, Keolis and Atos, achieving ultra-low latency, sub-meter positioning accuracy and full scalability under heavy load. Commercial discussions to jointly market the solution are underway.

Eye-Net conducted a large-scale live trial of its SafeCycloMove V2X collision-prevention system across Bordeaux’s public transit network, integrating its software development kit into Orange’s app, Keolis’ TBM cyclist app and Atos’ in-bus system alongside Renault Group and other partners.

The trial achieved sub-meter positioning accuracy, ultra-low latency, stable real-time communication and full scalability under heavy load, confirming the solution’s readiness for real-world public transportation environments involving buses and cyclists.
3. Upcoming Commercial Discussions
Following successful technical results, Eye-Net, Renault Group and Orange have entered active commercial discussions to jointly market the collision-prevention technology across France and potentially wider European transportation networks.
