FedEx changes fiscal year-end to Dec. 31

FedEx shifted its fiscal year-end to Dec. 31 from May 31, effective June 1, 2026.

Results will be reported for a seven-month transition period from June 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2026 in a Form 10-K transition report.

FedEx will move to calendar-year reporting starting with the year ending Dec. 31, 2027.

Historical results recast for new reporting period

Historical results were recast to reflect the new year-end, plus FedEx Freight as discontinued operations following the June 1, 2026 spin-off.
