Fifth Third names Darren King head of Commercial Bank
FITB•Fifth Third named Darren King head of its Commercial Bank, adding the Regional Banking business he already led. King had led the Commercial Bank on an interim basis since June.
1. Leadership appointment
King joined Fifth Third in 2025 as head of Regional Banking and Wealth Management. Before that, he spent 24 years at M&T Bank, serving as CFO and in several consumer and business banking leadership roles.
