FSV•FirstService Residential has partnered with ATELIER CX to implement hospitality-driven service standards at seven luxury U.S. high-rise properties. It includes a customized service blueprint, training and regular assessments at developments such as ALINA Boca Raton, Residences by Armani/Casa and Jade Signature, with four additional luxury high-rises enrolled.

The program delivers a customized service blueprint, comprehensive frontline and management training, and quarterly performance assessments. These elements are designed to ensure consistency, accountability and personalization in resident interactions.
3. Initial Property Enrollment
Seven U.S. luxury high-rises comprise the initial rollout: ALINA Residences in Boca Raton, Residences by Armani/Casa and Jade Signature in Florida, PIER 4 in Boston, 53 West 53rd in New York City, The Sun Rose Residences in West Hollywood, and Residences at the Stoneleigh in Dallas.
