FSV•FirstService Residential is partnering with ATELIER CX to implement hospitality-level service standards at seven luxury high-rise residences, including The Sun Rose Residences in West Hollywood and 53 West 53rd in Manhattan. The initiative provides training and benchmarks to boost consistency and elevate experiences, strengthening FirstService’s position in luxury property management.
1. Program Overview
FirstService Residential has introduced a collaboration with ATELIER CX to bring hospitality-level service standards into its luxury high-rise portfolio. The initiative covers seven inaugural properties and aims to standardize service delivery through structured training, operational assessments and benchmark evaluations.
2. Participating Properties
The Sun Rose Residences in West Hollywood, Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach, 53 West 53rd in Manhattan and ALINA Residences in Boca Raton are among the inaugural sites. Each property selected reflects distinct architecture, locations and resident expectations across major U.S. luxury markets.
3. Service Standards Framework
Under the program, onsite teams will undergo hospitality-driven training modules, adopt standardized workflows and implement Forbes Travel Guide benchmarks to ensure consistent experience. Independent evaluations will monitor progress and offer feedback to refine service operations over time.
4. Strategic Implications
By integrating global hospitality principles, FirstService Residential seeks to differentiate its premium management offering and strengthen resident loyalty. This service differentiation could enhance brand reputation and potentially unlock new high-end management contracts, supporting long-term growth for the company.
