Its Nasdaq Capital Market listing will begin trading under the updated corporate identity on March 12, 2026, with no change to its CUSIP and no action required by existing shareholders.

2. Strategic Expansion into Robotics

The rebrand marks a deliberate evolution from fitness equipment e-commerce into the design, manufacturing and commercialization of AI-driven robotic solutions.
