Foreign investors bought a net 3,521.5 billion yen of Japanese shares in the week through October 10, following net purchases of 2,199.7 billion yen the week before. They also bought a net 1,080.1 billion yen of Japanese bonds and 841.6 billion yen of bills. Japanese investors sold a net 339.7 billion yen of foreign bonds.
