Operating loss narrowed 54.4% to €7.9 million, administration expenses fell 27.9% to €11.9 million, and non-IFRS adjusted operating loss declined 64% to €3.7 million.

2. Operational Expansion via Al Shola Gas

The company completed its first full year of Al Shola Gas consolidation, securing $7 million in new engineering contracts and $2 million in recurring fuel distribution agreements. This expansion deepened its presence in the UAE energy services market and added stable, recurring revenue streams.

3. Diversification Strategy and Pending Acquisition

Fusion Fuel advanced its hydrogen platform under BrightHy Solutions, pursued a €30 million joint venture for industrial hydrogen plants, launched BioSteam Energy’s biomass steam project, and signed a share exchange to acquire Royal Uranium’s portfolio of 19 uranium and natural gas royalties. These moves broaden exposure across gas, hydrogen, biomass, uranium and natural gas royalties.
