Galactic Gold completed Phase I targeting on its 100%-owned Hardrock West Property, 10 km west of Equinox Gold’s 10.7Moz Greenstone Mine, and prioritized 19 subareas and targets such as Trench Lake. The analysis mapped structural controls across 85 km of faults, enabling infill sampling, geophysics and drill testing of prospects.

1. Phase I District-Scale Target Analysis

Galactic Gold completed Phase I of a district-scale targeting analysis on its 100%-owned Hardrock West Property, 10 km west of the 10.7Moz Greenstone Mine. Exploration Machine Inc. integrated historical data to map structural controls across 19 subareas and deliver a unified exploration framework.

2. Identified High-Priority Targets

The analysis highlighted high-grade targets including Trench Lake with strong surface anomalies, Kowalski Lake’s under-drilled system, Turkey Lake corridor anomalies and Angle-Watson Lake’s known gold occurrences. Each target exhibits favorable structural settings near major fault flexures, guiding drill target prioritization.

3. Next Steps for Exploration

The company plans infill soil sampling, targeted geophysical surveys and reconnaissance mapping to refine drill targets. Follow-up will include twinning key historical holes, step-out drilling and detailed structural interpretation to advance prospects to drill stage.
